With a bespoke commission, you are in total control of all elements of the design process. Face to face consultations mean your needs, wants and visions are matched to Holly’s and that you walk away trusting in her design expertise.

How to commission a hat or headpiece.
Commission a design in the existing collection in your bespoke colours, or make a slight ammendment.
The price will usually remain either the same or within the same ball park depending on additional materials and time. Holly will send you email updates, photos and videos as to how your piece is progressing.
1. Book an appointment HERE to have an informal chat on the phone or video call via Skype of Face time, with Holly. You can also exchange photos of ideas via email or Pinterest.
2. On your first appointment ideas, materials, shape and colour will be discussed. You will be fully involved in this enjoyable process – Holly will use your ideas and work out a design that’s best for you.
Show Holly Images of your outfit and any inspirational images you may have collected – but if you have no idea that’s fine too!
If you are happy with the ideas a 50% deposit is required to proceed, payable via a PalPal invoice.
3. Holly will work on the commission to a half way stage and get back in touch with images and video via email. This ensures you are happy with the direction There is also an opportunity to make any minor design adjustments before completion.
4- Final approval – Shipping and payment of the remaining 50%.
Ideally a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks is needed to make the perfect head piece or hat. However if you don’t have this long please enquire and Holly will do her best to accommodate you. An express option may be available for some designs for up to an additional 20% to cover quick delivery of materials.
